As a school, every appointment directly supports our students' hands-on training. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice limit their ability to meet required practice hours.

 

Therefore, We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged the full price of the service.

If you are unable to attend your appointment within the 48-hour cancellation period, you may transfer your appointment to another person to avoid forfeiting the service. The substitute guest must attend the original scheduled appointment date and time.
