Minor Service Release

A parent or legal guardian must be present to sign a Minor Service Release when a minor is checking in for spa services.
Services performed must be within the parameters of allowable services.
Brazilian waxing will not be performed on clients under the age of 18.
Aestheticians/Therapists of the same gender will be assigned to underage spa guests.
